Look Good......Feel Better

The Look Good......Feel Better program offers workshops for women undergoing treatment for cancer. The purpose of the program is to help manage the appearance related side effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, thereby helping to restore appearance and self image.

Rebates for Wigs

If you have been medically diagnosed with alopecia, you may be eligible for a subsidy for up to $264 towards your next wig or hairpiece. Ring SWEP (the State Wide Equipment Program) on 1300 747 937 for an application form today, or click on this link to go online and download the wig application form. When this page opens up, scroll down to "Wig Suppliers" and click on the "Wig Application Form"

This application must be accompanied by a quotation, which we are happy to provide. Please note, due to SWEP funding constraints, it may take up to 6 months before you receive approval for your application.

Veterans Affairs

If you are a V.A. Gold Card holder and have been diagnosed with alopecia you may be entitled to claim your wig and/or hairpiece. Plase ring us to discuss your entitlements.
